It’s a new year and time for new beginnings! Pack members, please plan to join us at Good Shepherd on Friday, January 23 for our annual Pinewood Derby from 6-8 pm. Mark your calendars to help our Arrow of Light Scouts celebrate their achievements next month at our Blue & Gold Dinner, 6-8 pm, also at Good Shepherd in Madison.

Our Scouts have had a busy winter so far with bell ringing for the Salvation Army, an all-school food drive, preparing for our Pinewood Derby and learning the first aid skills needed to help others when they are hurt. Take a look at our newsletter for more on each den, a word from our cubmaster, and an up-to-date calendar. Happy Holidays and stay warm!
This month’s theme is Citizenship. Find ways to be a good citizen to your neighbors, be helpful and kind! Our November newsletter will catch you up on the latest den news and future events. Don’t forget to check your email for a link to sign up for a Bell Ringing shift on Dec. 6 and earn your service hours. Give back: bring a bag of non-perishable food items and hygiene products to the November pack meeting to be donated to the local food pantry.

The October newsletter features photos from our first service project of 2024, where we picked up trash during our hike to Picnic Point, along with updates on recent den activities.
Our theme for the October Pack Meeting is Physical Fitness. In the Scout Oath we promise to keep ourselves physically strong. Proper nutrition, staying active with group activities, and personal exercises are key to being physically strong. Join us October 21 at the Olson Elementary Cafeteria!
